Employing Staff From The Old School House Nursery (OSHN Ltd)

If Parents / carers decided to employ on a full or part-time basis between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. a member of The Old School House Nursery (OSHN Ltd) staff a recruitment fee based on 20% of the staff member’s The Old School House Nursery (OSHN Ltd) salary is payable by the parent to The Old School House Nursery (OSHN Ltd).

For three months after leaving The Old School House Nursery (OSHN Ltd), staff are not permitted to work for any parent, unless agreed with The Old School House Nursery (OSHN Ltd) in which case a recruitment fee based on 20% of the staff members The Old School House Nursery (OSHN Ltd) salary is payable by the parent to The Old School House Nursery (OSHN Ltd).

These provisions only apply where a staff member works or worked at the nursery when it was attended by the relevant parent’s child.
